Mark Flessner is a Managing Director at Corinthia Global Management and Head of US Portfolio Management. Prior to joining Corinthia, Mark was a Managing Director, North American Investment Committee Member, and Co-Head of Portfolio Management at Barings Global Private Finance from 2012 to 2024.

Prior to Barings, Mark was a Managing Director with Harbour Group from 2010 to 2012 and, prior to that was at Freeport Financial where he was responsible for underwriting, structuring, closing, and managing private transactions which included investments in senior debt, junior capital, and equity. Mark had also worked at GE Capital’s Global Sponsor Finance Group and was a Manager at PwC in the Business Assurance practice beginning in 1994. Mark holds a B.S. from Illinois State University, an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
