London, UK – December 15th, 2025 – Corinthia Global Management (“Corinthia”) announces that it has led the acquisition financing of PKF WMS (“Company”), a leading regional full-service provider for tax, audit, legal and complementary financial advisory services in Germany.
Corinthia acted as sole lender on the acquisition financing for Ufenau Capital Partners and has structured committed follow-on capital to support PKF WMS’s systematic buy-and-build strategy.
This latest transaction again aligns with Corinthia’s ongoing strategy to pursue opportunities in the core middle market. Over time, the team has built strong, reliable relationships with private equity firms and advisors in both the European and US middle market.
