London, UK – December 10, 2025 – Corinthia Global Management (“Corinthia”) announces that it has led the refinancing of Simpliciti, a French provider of integrated smart city solutions across waste management, mobility and water infrastructure owned by IdiCo.
Simpliciti empowers cities to operate sustainably with its integrated smart city platform, combining IoT devices and software for waste, mobility, and water management. Backed by Corinthia’s recent refinancing, Simpliciti is set to accelerate its ambitious M&A plan, expanding its reach and impact through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
Corinthia acted as sole lender on the refinancing and has structured committed follow-on capital to support Simpliciti’s build-up strategy.
This latest transaction aligns with Corinthia’s ongoing strategy to pursue opportunities in the core middle market. Over time, the team has built strong, reliable relationships with private equity firms and advisors in both the European and US middle market.
