London/New York, 11 February 2026 – Corinthia Global Management (“Corinthia”) announces the appointment of Boris Okuliar as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Diversified Credit, based in the London office. In this role, Okuliar will draw on his decades of industry expertise to develop the Diversified Credit business as well as focusing on the broader corporate strategy of the firm.

“I’m excited to be joining a group of highly experienced and like-minded credit professionals with a clear ambition to develop a fresh approach to the sector, creating a diversified product offering where the interests of investors and the team are truly aligned,” said Boris Okuliar. “As technology continues to evolve, we have a blank canvas to design systems that support credit professionals and the underlying investors, bringing an updated approach to analysis, investment and client relationships.”

“Boris has an exceptional combination of strategic vision and a deep understanding of credit markets. His track record across diversified and liquid credit, combined with his leadership experience from time spent at some of the world’s leading investment firms, will be instrumental as we continue to build Corinthia’s global platform and broaden our credit capabilities,” said Ian Fowler, Co-CEO, Corinthia Global Management.

He served as a member of several investment and asset allocation committees across the firm and was a non-executive director on the board of BlueCove Limited ahead of its acquisition by Ares Management.

His first move to the buyside was as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets for Global Market Strategies at The Carlyle Group, where he focused on sourcing credit investment opportunities from banks and sponsors, syndicating excess risk, and developing new business opportunities.
