Shohei Izumi is a Country Director at Corinthia Global Management and a member of the Client & Partner Group, based in Tokyo.

Prior to joining Corinthia, Shohei worked at Blue Owl Capital, having worked as a Director in Barings’ business development division from 2018 to 2024. Prior to that, Shohei was a portfolio manager at Tokio Marine Asset Management where he was responsible for managing US investment grade corporate bond and non-Japanese government bond portfolio for retail, pension and regional financial institutional clients. He started his career at PIMCO where he worked in the wealth channel. Shohei graduated from Keio University faculty of economics.
