Paul is the Managing Director of the Stara Group, a fund manager and corporate advisory business with interests in the UK and Australia.

Paul was previously the founding Executive Chairman of Cromwell Property Group (ASX:CMW) and was the CEO and Managing Director of the Group for 22 years. At the time of his retirement Cromwell was the 6th best performing stock on the ASX and the 4th best performing REIT globally over a 20-year period.

He has a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, has overseen major funds management and real estate transactions and has been a responsible officer for licensed financial operations in UK, Singapore and Australia.

Paul has extensive real estate, infrastructure, and corporate finance experience. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, combined with his analytical skills, has enabled him to identify and execute lucrative opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.

He holds degrees in commerce and law and has experience in financial structuring, public listings, mergers and acquisitions, revenue matters and joint ventures. Paul continues to maintain a practicing certificate as a solicitor and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
