Lizzie is the General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Corinthia Global Management. She is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with over 20 years of post-qualification legal experience. Lizzie was most recently General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at Growth Credit Partners and Chairman and General Counsel at Shard Credit Partners. Lizzie previously worked for Barings where she was a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel and part of the Legal Senior Leadership Team.

Lizzie has extensive experience of working in-house with credit asset managers on their legal infrastructure and oversight, deal execution, fund structuring and investor negotiations, compliance and operations oversight. She has a breath of corporate governance experience having undertaken board roles in both the UK and Luxembourg for private debt and venture debt funds.Lizzie also has extensive credit restructuring experience taking a leading role on the buyside to represent managers on special situations investments and restructuring committees.
