
Frank Cahill is a Managing Director within North American Investments at Corinthia Global Management, joining the firm in April 2025. He will be based in the New York office.
With over three decades of experience in leveraged finance, Frank has a proven track record of successfully leading and executing senior debt transactions. Before joining Corinthia, he was the head of the US leverage finance business at Bank of Ireland from 2012 to 2024, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing senior debt transactions in support of US-based middle-market private equity firms. Prior to that, Frank was a Managing Director in the private equity coverage business at CIT, where he played a key role in establishing CIT as a major debt financing partner for private equity firms nationwide.
Frank’s career in leveraged finance began in 1989 at Heller Financial, a leading leveraged finance company based in Chicago, which was later acquired by GE Capital.
Frank holds a BS from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, an MBA from Pace University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
